Remote sales position with emphasis on face-to-face customer interactions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Develop strong partnerships with existing and potential customers within designated sales region. Maintain accurate records of customer visits including main topic, key complaints, product quality, equipment available for purchase, overall satisfaction and suggestions for improvement in products and services. Maintain records of sales, customer satisfaction and opportunities for product development. Become familiar with in-house software used to provide quotes and bids. Correspond with customers by means of phone calls, emails and letters as needed for account management. Organize and implement customer relations included: customer satisfaction surveys, customer development activities, customer skills training and special events. Expected 50% travel with face-to-face customer contact in designated territory.
